Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Our products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (South Africa): 7–21 business days
  • International: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and supplier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Please note that your order will be shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse. Products may arrive in separate packages if ordered together.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
